Kindergarten Eligibility:

• Your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2026

Students currently enrolled in a Stockton Unified School District preschool program meeting eligibility requirements for Kindergarten do not automatically roll over and are required to enroll with Central Enrollment for Kindergarten.

1. Valid Parent/Guardian Photo ID:
   • State ID, Driver’s License, Passport, or Employee ID
2. Proof of Child’s Age:
   • Birth Certificate, Passport, Baptism Certificate, or other Birth Record
3. Current Proof of Address (within 30 days):
   • Property documents (Rental/Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement)
   • Utility bills (PGE, Water, Cable, Credit Card Statement)
   • Government documents (Paystub, CalWORKs, Social Security, DMV)
4. Child’s original immunization record
