The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential information and counseling service provided by Optum. This benefit is available to all SUSD employees and covered family members at no cost.
EAP support is available 24/7 and can help with professional care, self-help programs, and resources to manage life’s stresses, including depression, anxiety, childcare, eldercare, legal, and financial concerns.
