The Human Resources Department oversees recruitment, hiring, and maintenance of a professional staff for all schools and departments.

As required by Education Code 44237, 44830.1, 44830.2, 45125.1, and 45125.01, all employment applicants are subject to a Department of Justice background check before employment.

Permanent employees working four or more hours per day may enroll in district medical, dental, vision, and chiropractic benefits.

Definition of Bullying

Bullying refers to any serious or ongoing physical or verbal behavior, including written communications or actions carried out electronically, by one or more students toward one or more other students. Such behavior is considered bullying if it causes, or could reasonably be expected to cause, a significant negative impact on a student’s physical or mental health, academic performance, or ability to engage in school activities.

If you have a concern about bullying, please report it to your student’s teacher, counselor, or principal.

You may also report anonymously 24 hours a day through the Say Something app or by phone at 1-844-5-SAYNOW or 1-844-572-9669.
