Ethnic Studies Community Collaborative (ESCC)
The ESCC provides an official space for students, teachers, staff, families, and community members to collaborate on the SUSD Ethnic Studies curriculum. Inspired by the student-led movement that created the College of Ethnic Studies in 1969, the ESCC ensures the program reflects the needs and desires of the community while increasing students' knowledge of racial, ethnic, and ancestral histories.
