California Dream Act

The California Dream Act allows eligible undocumented and nonresident documented students to apply for and receive certain types of financial aid, including private scholarships funded through public universities, state-administered financial aid, university grants, community college fee waivers, and Cal Grants.

Students who live in California and meet eligibility requirements under Assembly Bill (AB) 540 or AB 2000, or who have U Visa or TPS status, may use the California Dream Act Application (CADAA).

WebGrants 4 Students

Students should create a WebGrants 4 Students account to manage Cal Grant and/or Chafee account information online.

WebGrants allows students to view updates, make school changes, update addresses, make corrections, and submit leave of absence requests.

Important: A WebGrants account does not replace your CADAA or FAFSA account.
