Flu Vaccine Clinics for the 2025 to 2025 School Year are complete.

Please contact your Health Care Provider, Medical Office or Pharmacy to receive a Flu Vaccine. 

Keep yourself healthy so you can continue school studies during the year. 

• Everyone 6 months & older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
• SUSD works with San Joaquin County Public Health to provide FREE Flu Vaccines to SUSD students, families, children 2 years and up, and staff.

• SUSD Flu consent forms are sent home with students in early Fall every year. These consent forms are not included in the Back-to-School packet.
