Flu Vaccine Clinics for the 2026 to 2027 School Year are scheduled. Click below to see School dates and locations
If looking for additional flu vaccine, contact your primary care doctor or local pharmacy.
- Everyone 6 months & older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
- SUSD works with San Joaquin County Public Health to provide FREE Flu Vaccines to SUSD students, families, children 2 years and up, and staff.

- SUSD Flu consent forms are sent home with students in early Fall every year. These consent forms are not included in the Back-to-School packet.
- If you would like your child to receive the Flu vaccine, please see your school site Health Services staff OR the links below.
