SUSD Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee

Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)

The Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee reviews the district's bond income and expenditures to ensure that bond funds are used appropriately and in accordance with voter-approved measures.

Committee Composition

  • One member from the business community located within district boundaries
  • One member representing a senior citizens' organization
  • One member representing a bona fide taxpayers' association
  • One parent or guardian of a child enrolled in the district
  • One parent active in a school organization such as PTA or School Site Council
District employees, vendors, contractors, and consultants are not eligible for appointment to the committee.
