Stockton Unified School District

The Sutter Street Clinic is a collaborative project between SUSD and Community Medical Centers.  The clinic is located in the Special Education/Enrollment Center complex, and it provides well-child exams and immunizations.  Families can get appointments quickly and get their children immunization-compliant and enrolled at SUSD faster. 

Services Offered through the Clinic

• Well-child exams 
• Immunizations  
• Vision and hearing screenings 
• Diagnostic laboratory 
• It is not an urgent care or acute care clinic.   

Eligibility

• Families accessing the clinic must be uninsured or Medi-Cal eligible and  
• Families must live in SUSD’s attendance area and services are reserved for SUSD’s children only
