State Seal of Civic Engagement
The California State Seal of Civic Engagement (SSCE) is a prestigious recognition awarded to high school students who demonstrate exceptional commitment to active and informed civic participation. Within Stockton Unified School District, the Seal serves as a testament to students' dedication to understanding civic responsibilities, engaging in community service, and addressing societal issues.
By earning this distinction, students showcase their ability to lead, collaborate, and contribute positively to their community while embodying the values of democracy and civic leadership.
