School Accountability Report Card (SARC)
School Accountability Report Card (SARC)
-

As a state requirement, "California public & nonpublic, nonsectarian schools annually provide information to the community to allow public comparison of schools for student achievement, environment, resources & demographics." (CDE) The informational tool available with that data is the School Accountability Report Card, otherwise referred to as the SARC.
The SARC is a PDF with information for each school including data on:
- Demographics
- School Safety
- Academic performance
- Class sizes
- Teacher and staff information
- Curriculum
- Graduation
- Fiscal (money spent)
-
District and school personnel gather the required information for SARC. The final product is converted to a PDF and made publicly available. -
The most recent SARC is available by February 1st annually. -
