Welcome to the help page for Blackboard's Mass Notification System. By using this system you can write a message once, select preferred communication methods, and publish across your desired channels—saving time, creating consistency and building capacity. This is what is known as the COPE method (Create Once, Publish Everywhere).

Logging into the system

Visit Mass Notification

Your username is your unique district email with the "@stocktonusd.net" extension omitted. For example: if your district email address is JHernandez@stocktonusd.net, then your username is simply JHernandez.
Your password is the same as your district email password.
