As the year comes to a close, we hope everyone enjoys a safe, restful, and refreshing break! ✨

🎄 All schools, work sites, and the Central Office will be closed to the public from Monday, December 22, 2025 through Friday, January 2, 2026.

🎉 Normal operations will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.

For the child you are enrolling:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Current Immunization Record
  • Medical Insurance Card
  • Current IEP/IFSP (if applicable)

Income for the parent/guardian for the past 12 months:

  • Employment:
    • 2023 Tax / W2
    • Two recent pay stubs
  • Other Income:
    • Verification of Benefits (CalWORKS, Cal-Fresh)
    • Foster Agreement
    • SSI documentation
