Workplace Violence Reporting
Your Safety is Our Priority
Stockton Unified School District takes maintaining a safe work environment and workplace violence prevention seriously. Without fear of reprisal, employees are encouraged to report violent incidents, threats, or other workplace violence concerns to the employer. In an emergency, call 9-1-1.
We are committed to fostering a safe and respectful workplace for all staff. Workplace violence—whether verbal, physical, or psychological—is not tolerated under any circumstances.
What is Workplace Violence?
Workplace violence includes, but is not limited to:
- Threats or acts of physical harm
- Intimidation or harassment
- Verbal abuse or aggressive behavior
- Bullying or stalking
- Damage to property or personal belongings
Reporting Options
If you witness or experience any form of workplace violence, report it immediately through any of the following confidential channels:

- Supervisor/HR Contact – Speak directly with your supervisor or Human Resources representative
What Happens After You Report?
- Confidential Review – All reports are treated with care and confidentiality.
- Investigation – Trained professionals will assess and investigate the issue.
- Follow-Up – You will receive updates and support as appropriate.
- Resolution – Corrective actions will be taken to ensure workplace safety and well-being.
Emergency Situations
If you are in immediate danger or witness an emergency, call 9-1-1 or contact site security right away.
