If you are new to El Dorado, including Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students, or if you need to exchange the laptop that was checked out to you in the spring because of tech issues or damage, please come to the front of El Dorado School on either Thursday, July 30th or Friday, July 31st between the hours of 8:30 and 12:00 pm to pick up a laptop for your child. We will only be checking out tech to new students or exchanging damaged laptops on Thursday and Friday this week. Materials and supplies will be distributed during the first week of school. Check back for the date and schedule.
2020-2021 Meal Distribution
Beginning August 3rd, the meal service program USDA and CDE are requiring us to operate under is a different program than the program that we operated under since the beginning of COVID. Meals will be available to enrolled Stockton USD students ONLY. We are not able to serve meals to students who are not enrolled in Stockton USD. We are not able to provide meals for siblings who are not enrolled in Stockton USD.
El Dorado will be one of 28 meal distribution sites throughout SUSD. Postcards with student names and barcode ID’s were delivered to the post office on Friday evening and will be arriving in homes soon. Parents/guardians must bring the postcards to meal pickup; the barcodes will be scanned to ensure that students are enrolled in Stockton USD and are only picking up meals one time per meal pickup day. This is required for us to be in compliance with USDA regulations.
If a student does not receive their postcard, parents can contact the Child Nutrition Office for a replacement. The replacement letter will be sent to the food service Lead at the site and the parent can pick up the replacement letter when they pick up their meals. Students do not need to be present when picking up meals but the person picking up the meals will need to have their postcard at the time of pick up.
Meals can be picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 10:30 and 12:30 pm starting August 3, 2020. Please enter the parking lot from Harding in back the back of the cafeteria between El Dorado School and the School for Adults.
