Welcome to Community Relations
The Community Relations Department is responsible for day-to-day gathering and sharing of information with families, local partners, news media and others. The office publishes the monthly SUSD Connects e-newsletter and oversees the SUSD 1852 Foundation. The communication team also manages the District's social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube and is responsible for oversight of website content. Schools are supported directly by the communication team through consulting on a variety of issues including marketing, outreach, and crisis response.
