    Payroll Reminder

    • As of June 3rd 2024, Premier Community Credit Union has switched to Self-Help Bank. If you would like to avoid any disruptions to your direct deposit, you will need to provide your new information by July 31st 2024. You can get the forms to update your direct deposit online on the SUSD website or come to the Payroll Department and fill out the new form. Failure to update direct deposit information before July 31st 2024 will lead to your direct deposit being delivered on time and can prolong the process of receiving your check up to 10 days.
    • Unfortunately, Payroll will not be able to accept any time sheet that is not original. All time sheets must be submitted to the Payroll Department. We will no longer accept emails or copies.
    • Verify your address information on Employee Online. If you have a change of address, you can update your address on Employee Online or you can submit a "change of address card" to the Human Resources Department.
    • If you have an update/changes to your tax information, you can fill out the tax forms and submit the forms to the Payroll Department.
