    About SIPPS:

SIPPS provides a system of support to struggling readers by first determining their skill placement level and following up with lessons designed to support their learning.

    Testing Windows:

Initial placement should be done as soon as possible. Mastery tests follow the end of a lesson and should be given as needed.
