About the Teacher

I have been teaching PE for 14 years.  I started teaching at Fremont Middle School as a PE teacher.  I worked there for five years.  After that I became an Itinerant PE teacher, (which means I teach PE at two schools) for the next 6 years.  During that time I worked at Pittman, Grunsky, Fremont, Fremont Alternative, Fillmore and Hamilton.  This is my fourth year at Health Careers Academy.

Outside of being a PE teacher I teach special education during the summer, coach, and am a principal designee.  My hobbies are playing the guitar, piano, jiu jitsu, dog training and soccer.  During my time off I like to hike, camp, snorkel and backpack.
