Hazelton 8th grade students celebrated their promotion on Wednesday, May 29th.  Congressman Jerry McNerney was our invited guest and the Keynote Speaker at the promotion ceremony.  To see photos of this event, CLICK HERE.

NEW Before School Playground Policy

Our school gates on Anderson Street are open at 7:15 am for students who wish to have breakfast in the school cafeteria (Breakfast is served from 7:15 - 7:45 am daily). When students enter, they must stay inside the school cafeteria until 7:30 am, when they are dismissed on to the school playgrounds. Starting this school year for safety reasons, parents will be required to stay outside of the playgrounds before school.  Parents may escort their child to the gate but must allow their child to walk into the school campus unescorted except by designated school staff or volunteer.  Kindergarten and 1st-grade students will be escorted if necessary by school staff and parent Safety Patrol volunteers.  Thank you for your complete understanding and cooperation in helping us keep your children safe!

Hazelton Student School Uniform Policy Dress Code

Hazelton Elementary students must adhere to our school uniform dress code policy.  All student must be dressed in a collared shirt and pants.  Girls may wear skirts.  No red or royal blue colors.  For more detailed information of our uniform dress code policy, please Click Here.

Parent Meetings

Dear Hazelton Hawks parents,

Hazelton welcomes all parents to our Parent Coffee Hour and ELAC meetings on the first Friday of every month, from 8:00 - 9:00 am in the school cafeteria. All parents are invited! Check your child's backpack for the Parent Coffee Hour and ELAC meeting agendas. Thank you!
