About the Step Up Program

The mission of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) is to provide community education centers to keep children safe after school and to provide intellectual, physical, and psycho-social enrichment. STEP Up programs will support each school’s core curriculum as well as State and District adopted content standards.
