Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Information

Please join us for our first meeting of the year, on Thursday, September 1st at 2:00 p.m. in our library. We will discuss this year’s fundraising activities and goals. Light refreshments will be provided.

School Site Council Information

Spanos Elementary is in the process of reconvening school committees and holding elections, as required by state and federal regulations. You are invited to become a candidate for membership on the School Site Council; we have one vacancy.

The school and district are responsible for providing you with the information and training you need to be an effective member. Generally, we meet the third Thursday of every month for one hour. This is a two-year term

If you are interested in becoming a candidate for School Site Council, please call our office at 933-7335 by Friday, September 1st. Please ask to speak to Josie; she is bilingual.

La escuela Spanos esta en el proceso de reunir de Nuevo los comités escolares y tener elecciones como es requerido por las reglas estatales y federales. Usted esta invitado a ser candidato para los comités escolares.

El distrito y la escuela son responsables para darle la información y el entrenamiento necesario para ser un miembro efectivo. Generalmente se reúnen una vez por mes por una hora. Este es un término de dos anos.
