Mrs. Silvestri, Assistant Principal
Hello Victory Students and Families,
I am excited to be serving Victory this year as assistant principal. It has been a privilege working at Victory the last three years as a fourth grade teacher. The Victory students, family, and staff are amazing and I'm fortunate to get to serve in this new capacity.
This is my seventeenth year in education serving in a variety of different capacities. I taught 6th-8th grade for almost thirteen years, spent three years in fourth grade, and was able to spend time as an intervention teacher. It was a privilege to serve students in the classroom and collaborate with teachers to improve student learning.
I am excited about the year ahead and moving our students forward academically, socially, and emotionally. I am thrilled to be having students back on campus and getting to interact with them and our staff. Our students are the driving force behind every decision we make at Victory.
During these unprecedented times and the challenges that we face moving forward, know that it is my goal we work together as a community and school to provide the best education we can for our students. Please make sure to listen to all communication that comes out, as well as following us on Instagram @VictoryElementary to find the most up-to-date information.
I look forward to this school year with our students and families. Feel free to reach out with any comments or concerns.
