Letter from the Principal

  • Dear PLA Parent(s),

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school-year, and thank you for choosing PLA for your student’s education. Our dedicated team of teachers, and support staff are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

The 2022-23 PLA school year was a great year for academic, social, cultural, and athletic achievements.  PLA had it one of the largest senior classes get accepted to 4-year universities. PLA reignited its partnerships with University of the Pacific and will look to expand in the 23-24 school year. PLA was able to provide events such as the prom, rallies, club fundraisers, grad night, and the end of the year carnival.   As we welcome our new 9th graders, upperclassmen, and other new students to PLA, we would also like to welcome our teaching and support staff back to campus.

Pacific Law Academy looks to provide opportunities for volunteers and community members to be on campus to support our students.  As we move into the 23-24 school year we are committed to expanding opportunities for families and community members to be involved on campus.   We will need new parent School Site Council members for the next two school years.

Back to School night will be communicated to parents when school starts this year.  We are planning to have the event in person.

I am looking forward to welcoming all of our students back to campus for a successful 2023-2024 school year.

    Joseph Martinez, Principal
