    Know the symptoms of COVID-19:

    If you have a fever, cough, or shortness for breath after 14 days, seek medical treatment.

    Health Tips:

      • Be cautious when talking about the COVID -19 issues, it may either increase or decrease their anxieties.

      • Talk to a trusted adult about your health and safety as well as your child’s.

      • If children seem to be sick or have a fever, consult with your primary care doctor or nurse practitioner.

      • Ensure students that schools are cautious when addressing COVID-19 disease.

      • Wash hands often with warm soap and water for 20 seconds and wash between fingers.

      • If you don’t have sanitizer use soap and water in a quirt bottle to clean hands when not at home

      • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

      • Stay home when you are sick.

      • Keep social distancing when our in public to be about a few feet away from others.

      • Cover your cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve or tissue and throw away tissue.

      • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.

      • Clean and disinfect objects such as door handles, kitchen knobs, and use cloth grocery bags to wash when returning from shopping.

      • Keep your home clean and teach your children life skills on “How to Clean”.

      • Make cleaning chores part of their reward to play video games or be on social media.
