COVID-19 Health and Wellness Resources:
Know the symptoms of COVID-19:
If you have a fever, cough, or shortness for breath after 14 days, seek medical treatment.

Health Tips:-
Be cautious when talking about the COVID -19 issues, it may either increase or decrease their anxieties.

Talk to a trusted adult about your health and safety as well as your child’s.

If children seem to be sick or have a fever, consult with your primary care doctor or nurse practitioner.

Ensure students that schools are cautious when addressing COVID-19 disease.

Wash hands often with warm soap and water for 20 seconds and wash between fingers.

If you don’t have sanitizer use soap and water in a quirt bottle to clean hands when not at home

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Stay home when you are sick.

Keep social distancing when our in public to be about a few feet away from others.

Cover your cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve or tissue and throw away tissue.

Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.

Clean and disinfect objects such as door handles, kitchen knobs, and use cloth grocery bags to wash when returning from shopping.

Keep your home clean and teach your children life skills on “How to Clean”.

Make cleaning chores part of their reward to play video games or be on social media.
