About Me:
Hola!
My name is Laura Nuño, and I would like to introduce myself as the new Mental Health Clinician here at Grunsky Elementary. I was born and raised in Stockton, CA and consider it a great privilege to serve my community. I provide social, emotional, and mental health support services to our students. I am a two-time Hornet! I earned my bachelor’s and master's from Sacramento State in Social Work. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 10 years working at various elementary schools and high schools throughout San Joaquin County and recently worked at a medical center in the community for the past year. I am excited to be back this school year working at a school site!
