Hello Rivercat Families! 

My name is Cindy Martel and I am your Community Assistant at Monroe Elementary. I bring to you 20 years of experience with Stockton Unified, in which 16 of those years I have served as a Community Assistant. My objectives and goals are to bring community involvement, resources, information, and to offer an open-door policy to all families and members in our community. My motto is to encourage and engage parents in a well rounded educational setting. 

If you have any questions, you can find me in the beginning of the day greeting students and parents in the front of our campus.
