About the Teacher

   Lo Thao

 Hi. My name is Lo Thao.  I am a third-grade teacher here at James Monroe Elementary School.  I've also taught second and fourth for a number of years before this.  I've started teaching at Monroe and have stayed here for almost 20 years.  

 I have my BA from Stanislaus.   I have my master's in technology from Walden University.
