California's accountability system-Dashboard

California's accountability system is based on multiple measures that assess how local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools are meeting the needs of their students.   Performance on these measures is reported on the California School Dashboard External link opens in new window or tab. (Dashboard). 


Explanatino of achievment terms:

Standard: This is the goal for all schools.  The standard is calculated from ALL student scores and is derived from the number of points a student is below or above the minimum scaled score for level 3 or "Standard Met" Based on the California State Test.
