Cathy McIntosh

I am known to my students as Mrs. McIntosh. We are entering my third year of teaching third grade here in SUSD, my second year here at Fremont Elementary. I am passionate about the work we do in room 48, I expect students to participate and advance to their individual best as we develop both personally and academically. Your student’s growth success and preparation for later schooling is my priority. I will work to ensure we have as much fun during this virtual learning experience as we do when we are at school together.

We will use Google classroom while we are out of the physical classroom for our academics, and we will use Class Tag for the communication platform. Please ensure you check it regularly as that is where you will find the most up to date information. I am excited to launch into the new year with our new third grade students! On a personal note, some things to know about me are that I am a proud grandma of three incredible children. I have two dogs and two cats. My husband and I love to hike, share meals and activities with our neighbors, do projects around our home, read, and watch movies. My favorite colors are teal and green and I love my morning coffee.
