About the Teacher

Amber Hernandez

Hello, my name is Amber Hernandez and I am excited to be teaching 5th grade this year. This will be my 5th year teaching 5th grade at Fremont.  I grew up in Manteca but I have lived in Stockton for 18 years.  I graduated from The University of the Pacific in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and again in 2008 with my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.   I have three boys and a dog.  I love to read and watch movies.  Nothing beats a good book and the book is always better.  I am a HUGE Disney and Harry Potter fan. I look forward to a fun and interesting year!
