    • Templates: Use these forms whenever planning for an event, activity or fundraiser. There are budget templates, task checklists, the revenue potential form, etc. This is where you can find the Create a Club template as well. 
    • Weekly Leadership Log: This form must be filled out weekly by Leadership students.

    • Event/Activity Evaluation Form - after any event/activity, open up this form, save it in the event/activity folder and fill it out, 
    • Committee Peer Evaluation Form - after any committee has completed their task, each person is to evaluate their committee members. One form needs to be filled out for each person on your committee.
