If you need to file a Title IX complaint:
- Contact our Title IX Coordinator (contact info is listed above)
- Refer to the “Reporting Sexual Harassment” poster above for information on your rights, the responsibilities of the district and an overview of the investigation process
- Note about timelines - A complaint must ordinarily be filed within 180 days of the last act of discrimination. If your complaint involves matters that occurred longer ago than this and you are requesting a waiver, you will be asked to show good cause why you did not file your complaint within the 180-day period.
- You also have the right to file the complaint with the Department of Education Office of Civil Rights.
