STA Members: The 2021 Medical Rebate amounts for employees hired before June 30, 2015 were incorrect on the previously posted benefit rate sheet. The 2021 STA benefit rate sheet now reflects the correct medical rebate amounts and adjustments were made to the affected employees on their January 2021 warrant.
