What is the School Site Council (SSC) and how does one Join?

The Cleveland SSC is responsible for advising the school administration in program planning, implementation, and evaluation of School Improvement Programs.  In addition, the CSSC is responsible for promoting and encouraging parental involvement at all levels as an important means of increasing the effectiveness of the School Improvement Program (SIP).
