    5. Vape cartridges and e-cigs leads to more environmental pollution as the plastic doesn’t easily break down and the e-juice/nicotine is toxic if it leaks into the ground

Monday-Review and Rehearse the PLUS activities for Forums using the new feedback I give you (it will be on the website)

Tuesday-Take PLUS Practice School Wide Climate survey (link will be on the website, type it in directly if it doesn't work)

Then, you will be completing pages    through       of your anxiety packets. Take a picture when you are done and then submit it to jupiter ASAP. Discuss in your groups what you think is useful from both your Stress Less Packets and your Understand Anxiety packets for students to know when we give presentations about these topics in PRN classrooms.

After this, Veteran PLUS Students who haven't presented their Main PLUS Training Lessons will rehearse, while New PLUS Leaders and everyone else has a choice:

You can either work on the coloring pages/draw/read for a free mental health day or you can work on homework from other classes. NO PLAYING computer games and NO PHONES. Whatever you decide to do, keep your conversations to a whisper so everyone is relaxed and can still concentrate if they choose to study and work on homework, it should be a relaxing day.

Once Veteran PLUS Leaders finish rehearsing a few times, then you can join in the activities listed above.

Wednesday-You will be working on pages from your anxiety packets. As a class, have Anzah, Ezra, Jasmine, and/or Sanjana help you brainstorm on the board and Jasmine will take notes on a google doc about what are the main important topics, concepts, and coping strategies that would be useful for students to know for your Stress and Anxiety Management Presentations. Spend a few minutes looking over information from ALL of your Stress Less and Anxiety Packets (assign tables to look through the Stress Less Packets, just 2 tables is fine, and the other 3 tables can look through all of the Anxiety Packets and make a list of key concepts and coping strategies).

After discussing in your groups for 10-15 minutes, and making a list, then discuss as a group. Anzah or Ezra can write the list you all brainstorm on the board, while Jasmine copies it on a google doc.

Now, for the rest of the period, Veteran PLUS Leaders that haven't presented their Main PLUS Training Lessons will rehearse while everyone else reviews the order of the forums and discusses in their groups how the Small and Large Group Process works. Spend a good 15 minutes reviewing, then work on other homework from other classes, if you have none feel free to color the coloring pages/read/draw. Again keep conversation to a whisper.

3.Begin Main PLUS Training Presentations. Everyone will take detailed notes after each lesson is presented on their Main PLUS Training Lesson Notes Graphic Organizer.

You will be getting a grade for you notes and being a good audience and actively participating in the activities, if you aren't presenting at the time.

Homework: Bring your Stress Less Packets and Understand Anxiety packets with you always. Also, rehearse if you haven't presented your Main PLUS Training Lessons.

2.Shout or Imagine for the Summitt, do you want to present and represent our school at the PLUS Summitt in March?!?!?!

Shout: is an activity that focuses on expression of the individual through art, poetry, rhyming, singing, music and dance. Shout establishes the topics that will be addressed in the poems, songs, music, and dance. Each shout activity will have a theme that all participants must address in their performance. Shout gives a purpose behind an activity, creating positive feelings and emotions that bring students on campus together.

Imagine: An activity that challenges students to support, embrace, and create unity through artistic expression that can be displayed in posters. Imagine sets the foundation for establishing an ongoing poster awareness campaign that engages students' creativity in their expression of unity. These posters, which will be created by students, will be displayed throughout the school campus, in an effort to bring the vision on unity throughout the campus.

Posters can be expressed through drawings, paintings, photography, graphics, or simply words. The only guidelines are that the creations must be able to transfer into a poster that can be displayed throughout school campus.
