About me: I was born and raised in Stockton and graduated from Stagg High School in 1996. I attended San Joaquin Delta College and DeAnza College, then transferred to San Jose State University where I earned my BA in History. I earned my M.Ed in Inspired Teaching and Learning with a Concentration in Social Emotional Learning from National University. I serve on the Ethnic Studies Steering Committee, and am one of the co-authors of the Filipino/a/x American Studies course. My second classroom is serving as head coach and faculty advisor for Stagg Cheer, where I oversee the Varsity, JV, and Frosh cheerleading teams. I am married to David, who is also a Stagg graduate and together, we have 3 children.
